The mouth is where our expression lives. It is where our truth is spoken. It is where energy moves from the inner world into the outer world.

This sacred portal represents the pathway to what we say, because our words shape the reality we create.

Every symbol within this piece holds its own meaning.
Individually they each tell a story.
Together they form something much bigger than themselves.

There is a sacred exchange of energy happening here.

The time and presence poured into each piece. It is something you can truly feel.

Today I didn’t just leave with a beautiful piece of art permanently imprinted on my face. I left with an experience that will stay with me just as permanently and for that, I am deeply grateful.

Sacred Light Healing began merely as a concept we dreamed up around the 🔥, and we had absolutely no idea how we were going to build it.

But something we eventually learned along this beautiful, wild journey is that dreams are not meant to stay dreams.

They are invitations.

A Letter of Courage + Hope To Our Community💌

WHAT IF IT ALL WORKS OUT🙏💖

Because the truth is, before Sacred Light Healing was born, Sarah and I lived inside a thousand different what ifs.

What if this fails.
What if nobody comes.
What if we aren’t ready.
What if we can’t actually hold a delicate dream this big.
What if we get it wrong!!!

And if I’m being honest, there were moments we talked ourselves out of the beautiful possibilities far more often than we talked ourselves into them.

The possibility that we could actually create more love.
More harmony.
More healing.
More joy for our soul community.
It was terrifying.
And also… strangely beautiful.

Those moments defined so much of what we do and the intention we pour into every person and offering. They shaped the vision we held when our sound healing experiences was merely just a hope and a late night conversation around the 🔥.

Last year around this time, we had absolutely no idea where this path would take us. There was no guarantee.
No clear roadmap.
Just a pull we couldn’t silence.
So we did the only thing we could do.
We did it afraid.
We chose to believe that maybe, just maybe, it could turn out beyond our wildest imagination.
And WE DID IT ANYWAY! 🥹

I will say that the most beautiful part was that Sarah had already created this beautiful business (Sarah Cohen LMT), full of people who experienced her magic, loved her, connected to her and believed in her. I was simply blessed enough to walk into her 🌎 and together we dreamed of a world beyond us that could combined our what sometimes felt like impossible concepts and ideas & love for people and make it possible.❤️

Creating Sacred Light Healing took a lot of tears, trial and error, introspection, time and a WHOLE LOT of patience, compromise and love but it was the “WHAT IF IT WORKS OUT???” that ignited us and kept our WHY alive.

Because truly, what did we actually have to lose?

Now we’re almost a year into this heart and spirit led business we once only dreamt about.

A place where each soul is welcomed no matter where you come from, what you believe, how you identify, what you’ve survived or where you are in your life right now.

You are celebrated here.
You are supported here.
You are loved here.

Thank you for walking this crazy, beautiful, sometimes terrifying road with us. You didn’t just watch it happen, you helped make it real for us.

And maybe this is your reminder too: Instead of asking what if it falls apart…

You ask yourself, WHAT IF IT ALL WORKS OUT?

May you live a life full of brave choices, reckless possibilities and wild hope.
