Yesterday my yoga was being on the Red River 🩸 💦 with 🤍 and Boogie 👻 🐶. It was the perfect day for it ☀️. Shoutout to for this sick swimmie that I am absolutely obsessed with!!!🕷 🕸🖤

And guess who’s teaching? My incredible, talented, funny, smart and babelicious sister (for real sis, she’s my blood sis!) 🖤🔮🌑 read on 👇🏼
Freya West, when not in quarantine, is a traveling, emceeing, st******se artist who believes that every body deserves love and movement. Whether performing or teaching, she aims to break down the barriers we impose on ourselves, rejecting what we've been told is "proper" and instead get to what our bodies truly desire. A 200 CYT since 2009, Freya has taught workshops on movement and intention across six countries and twenty states. In the normal times, she's the director of burlesque for Skull's Rainbow Room and Nudie's H***y Tonk in downtown Nashville. In these times, she's at the director of a modest vegetable garden and an unpaid intern for her two cats.
