🍀Cedar Court March Happenings🍀
Today, we made Irish Pom-Pom good luck charms, Irish wreaths for our doors, and we also had a special visit from the Sacred Heart School. They put on the production of the 12 Stations of the Cross, which was a wonderful experience for our residents. We had a visit from a special aide, Audrey O'Paddy, to get our spirits up for St. Patrick's week next week. We enjoy all of the shenanigans that the month of March has brought our way, and we can't wait for St. Patrick's Day! 🍀

❤ This February, Cedar Court has been abuzz with activity! ❤
We participated in the Hearts Across America initiative, receiving numerous cards and messages from fellow assisted living and memory care facilities across the United States and the United Kingdom.
🌸Our residents thoroughly enjoyed opening and reading the thoughtful letters and learning about the various states.
🌸This month, we have been treated to exceptional entertainment, featuring performances by Curt & Linda and Tim the Music Man.
⛷️We participated in the Cedar Court Olympics, which showcased a few exercises from your chair: skating and downhill skiing. Some of our residents took home 1st place in their divisions.
🌸The highlight of the month was undoubtedly our Valentine's Day Bingo, where one resident emerged victorious, earning the coveted trophy and bragging rights for the year.
🌸Today, we savored fritter bread from Nelson Brothers in Clearwater, MN, while engaging in Cranium Crunches and playing Cedar Court Bingo.

❤️February is shining bright at Cedar Court, where dreams unfold, and memories are made!
We're celebrating life's sweet moments with a Lollipop Bouquet, crafting Olympic Fruit Rings that inspire healthy habits, and cheering on our champions at our thrilling Super Bowl Party, where one of our residents emerged victorious in our Pick'em Tournament!

We just wrapped up an epic Alaska Scavenger Hunt at Cedar Court, and let's just say we're now experts on all things Alaska... and cookies... and coffee. 😂

🥶Despite the chilly weather, we're experiencing a warm and festive atmosphere here at Cedar Court, as we commemorate birthdays, acknowledge outstanding achievements, our resident Robert finished his 2000-piece puzzle, and we worked hard preparing to dispatch Valentine's Day greetings nationwide.
It's been a truly exceptional week, indeed. ❄

❄2026 January Events❄
We had a lot of fun in the first part of January. We had Gary Froiland, the one-man band, entertain us, followed by an outing to the Adams Community Center, where we took in a brief history lesson about Barbershop Quartets and heard the Lady Slippers perform. It was a wonderful experience to have the community center attached to our building for special occasions, allowing residents to connect with friends who live in the community.

🎉Today, we're beaming with joy as we celebrate another triumphant event at Cedar Court, honoring the incredible Sheloy! This unforgettable party was tailored to her vibrant spirit, featuring a mesmerizing performance by Chester Proctor, whose melodies filled the air with laughter and delight.
🎉Sheloy shone brighter than ever, basking in the joy of this unforgettable experience.
And to top it all off, the radiant sunshine added an extra layer of magic, making this week's conclusion a truly unforgettable one!

🎉Today, we celebrated a life filled with love and joy as we surprised our queen of the day, Norma, with a birthday party at Cedar Court! We're so grateful to share in her special day, hearing stories of her childhood and favorite memories that make her heart sing.

🎉 What an incredible New Year's Eve at Cedar Court! 🎉
Today was filled with laughter and excitement as we kicked off the celebrations with our Cedar Buck Auction. It was a fantastic way to engage with everyone, and the bidding wars brought out some friendly competition!
🎉Next up was nickel bingo, where the room buzzed with anticipation. The thrill of calling out numbers and the cheers of winners made for a lively atmosphere. To top it all off, our New Year's party was a blast!
The food, games and great company created unforgettable memories as we welcomed 2026 together.
Cheers to new beginnings and all the fun we shared today!
