Chatterbox Therapy Center is the only clinic in the Dallas-Fort Worth area specializing in complex communication needs using AAC. We are proud to be a therapist owned and operated facility dedicated to providing comprehensive therapy services with weekly sessions and intensive sessions, including:

-Speech Therapy
-Literacy
-Feeding Therapy
-AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) Services

Let’s glowwwwww! Chatter Academy respite was a black light blast. We believe parents desire extra time to themselves and finding babysitters can be a hard task. So our amazing staff step up to ensure families can do what they need for the evening- some times that looks like date night, weddings, taking a nap, or getting the house clean. So while parents do what they need to do- we party hard!
