Big Feelings, Safe Families 💛

Join us for our upcoming virtual family group, co-led with Impact Communities Dallas, where we will focus on helping children understand and express their big feelings in healthy ways.

Emotions can feel overwhelming for kids and sometimes for parents too. In this supportive and interactive session, families will learn simple strategies to help children regulate their emotions and create a home environment where kids feel heard, safe, and supported.

We will also make the session fun and engaging with an online scavenger hunt, giving families a chance to learn, laugh, and participate together. 🎉

Acompáñanos en nuestro próximo grupo virtual para familias, cofacilitado con Impact Communities Dallas, donde nos enfocaremos en ayudar a los niños a comprender y expresar sus grandes emociones de manera saludable.

Cannenta had such a wonderful time being part of the UTSA Social Work Conference! 💙🧡

It was an honor for our team to connect with so many passionate students, alumni, and professionals at University of Texas at San Antonio who are committed to making a difference in their communities. Events like this remind us how powerful it is to come together as social workers to share ideas, build connections, and support one another in this important work.

A special thank you to everyone who stopped by the Cannenta table, took time to learn about our mission, and showed support for the work we are doing to remove language, cultural, and financial barriers to mental health care in our communities. Your encouragement means so much to our team.

We left feeling inspired by the next generation of social workers and grateful to be part of such a meaningful space. ✨
