🗓️ Monthly massage appointments do not roll over, but they are transferable to friends or family if you're unable to attend.

🚫 24-hour cancellation is required to avoid forfeiting your session. Per late cancellation rules your payment will not be refunded for late cancel/no show appointments

📅 Your standing appointment is locked in to ensure consistency. If my availability changes due to my mom first rule, we'll work together to adjust your time slot as needed.

Online scheduling for 2026 is officially live! Please review the following policies carefully before booking:

Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Appointments canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
• No call no shows are charged 100% of the service fee. Fees not paid within 24hrs will result in cancellation of all booked out appointments. Rebooking is only available once the fee is paid

🤒 Illness & Rescheduling
• If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, flu, Covid, stomach bug) or have been exposed to Covid your appointment must be rescheduled.
• Please notify me as soon as possible to avoid late cancellation fees. Appointment transfer to a friend or family member available to fill your appointment waives the late cancel fee.

These policies are in place to protect the health of my clients, my family, and to honor the time reserved specifically for you. Booking an appointment indicates agreement with these guidelines.
