⚠️ Unpopular opinion: Most people don’t have a “hormone problem.” ➡️ They have an overloaded gut. ⚠️
Even when we think we are eating, “clean”, our bodies are still working overtime.
🥛We’re drinking dairy with added hormones.
🥩 We’re eating red meat daily that’s hard on digestion.
🍪 We’re grabbing “clean” protein bars packed with hidden sugars, gums, seed oils, and synthetic vitamins that quietly stress the digestion system.
And then we wonder why we feel:
• Bloated
• Foggy
• Inflamed
• Tired
• Moody
Your liver is your main detox organ. But it can only eliminate what it can properly process. If digestion is slow or the gut is inflamed, the liver can’t eliminate what your gut never properly breaks down and toxins can recirculate instead of being removed.
If digestion is sluggish, toxins don’t magically disappear. They recirculate.
