TEN years ago today, as I was getting ready for work, Craig rolled over in bed and said, "I think I am having a hot flash." Being the good wife I am I replied, "Welcome to my world. I've got to go to work."

Craig is a late morning sleeper, so maybe I should have been a little alarmed when he got out of bed, put on a bathrobe and sat down in front of the tv, watching Good Morning America (which I had been watching earlier). I gave him a kiss goodbye and headed out.

A half hour later Craig called me, "I need you to come home. I think I am having a heart attack."

Ten years and three stents later, Craig is healthy. What we believe helped save him that day is what he saw on GMA - a story that listed heart attack symptoms. As they were clicking off the symptoms in the story, Craig sat there going, "Yup. Yup. Yup."
