Before the holiday cooking begins, here's a friendly reminder every pet parent should hear:

Xylitol is EXTREMELY TOXIC for dogs.

This sweetener is hiding in more foods than you'd think — peanut butter, sugar-free desserts, gum, mints, and even some baked goods around the table, even in tiny amounts, can be dangerous.

Cathy talked about this years ago on "If Your Pets Could Talk," and the message is still just as important today. So remember to keep the sweets high and your pups safe. 💖🐾

Bri has moved her shop from Urbandale to Beaverdale. She and her crew donate a ton of after-hours time to emergency grooms for dogs coming into rescue, especially for Oh My Dog Rescue. So let's support a business that supports the less fortunate, who makes time and rallies the groomer community (yes, there is one and they're awesome) when it's desperately needed.
