As we gather around with family and friends for the season of gratitude, we want to express how truly thankful we are you chose to partner with Ohana Health to guide you on your health and wellness journey. Good morning Ohana patients!

It is that time of year again where cold and flu season is upon us! Get prepared now and get your annual flu vaccine with us!

Just a few reminders as we enter some of the most infectious months of the year to mind the following:

Always wash you hands (and then moisturize) This is the #1 prevention of spreading those nasty germs.

Cover your cough/sneeze and please teach this to the little ones - school is primarily the incubator of the nasty cold germs. This years common cold seems to be a little rougher than in the more recent years with a 20% increase in sick patients already being noted this season.. YIKES!!!!

Also boost up the immune system with supportive supplements. You can give us a call if you just can't take it! We offer walk-in sick visits to ensure you get on the right road to feeling better.

Ohana Health is also accepting NEW patients! Thank you to all of our current Ohana that help grow our family by the word of mouth referrals.
