Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy & Radiculopathy
Radiculopathy is a common source of persistent nerve pain we see in the office. Because it often involves both joint restriction and muscle tension, combining chiropractic care, massage therapy, and spinal decompression can be especially helpful.
Chiropractic adjustments and decompression focus on improving spinal motion and relieving pressure on irritated nerves, while massage therapy works to release tight muscles and soft-tissue tension surrounding the area.
Together, they may help:
• Reduce muscle tension and guarding 💆♂️
• Improve joint mobility and posture 🧍♀️
• Decrease pain and nerve sensitivity ⚡
• Increase circulation to irritated tissues 🩸
• Promote relaxation and better movement 😌
While not always a quick fix, this combination can be an effective way to manage symptoms, reduce flare-ups, and improve overall comfort as part of an individualized care plan.
