Get outside and Thrive! Spring is on the way.

We’re excited to see warmer temperatures and sunnier days this week! This is the perfect time to get outside, move your body and soak up some sunshine!

Natural sunlight helps your body produce vitamin D, which can play an important role in:
• Supporting a healthy immune system
• Improving mood
• Reducing inflammation

Spending even 10-20 minutes outside can help boost your vitamin D levels. Pairing that with regular adjustments to keep your spine aligned and your nervous system well functioning is a great way to set yourself up for healthier days ahead.
