I know my Yoga schedule doesn't always work for people. So, I am sharing 2 of my favorite yoga videos that you may like to try on your own. Also, I like to practice when I want to be the student. And I alternate them. One is 15 min, the other is 20 min. These can be done any time of day or night. I hope this helps. They are Christmas themed. Videos in comments.

Hi everyone! As most of you know I have another job. We recently had someone that decided to leave without notice. This will change some of my hours of availability. At this point in time, I don't know exactly yet what that will look like. But for now, I believe, this should affect the every other Monday evening of availability. However, what this also might allow is for me to open up every other weekend for short morning hours. Also, I will be finishing out this week of normal Mon-Thurs morning yoga schedule, then I need some time to rework the scheduling for yoga. I am leaning toward adding weekend mornings, possibly reducing some week days. Again, I have to wait and see what my other schedule is changing to before I announce what change I can do. I appreciate everyone's understanding. Also, to give a heads up within the next month maybe two, someone will be leaving for maternity leave so I am unsure at this point in time if/what that change will bring.
