Musica Humana is closed on Sundays (except for one Sunday per month). Call, email, or check our online schedule anytime to make an appointment. Please see hours listed for availability. Pricing:
INTEGRATIVE OR PRENATAL MASSAGE: $45 per 30 minutes, $65 per 60 minutes, $95 per 90 minutes
CUPPING THERAPY or HOT STONE MASSAGE: $75 per 60 Minutes, $105 per 90 Minutes
CHAIR MASSAGE: $12 per 10 Minutes

Credit Card Policy: A credit card number is required to reserve an appointment time. Your card will NOT be charged unless the appointment is missed without proper notification. See the following for our cancellation policy:

Cancellation/Late Policy:
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, we have adopted the following
policies:

1) 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a massage.

2) Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged 50% of the session. Payment is required prior to your next appointment.

3) Last minute changes to appointments will be charged for the highest priced service.

4) Client substitution will waive any cancellation fee! We will make every attempt to fill your appointment, but if you find someone to take your place we will be grateful!

5) Try to arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment so that your therapist will have time to do a quick intake with you before starting your session right on schedule. If you are late, your therapist will give you the best possible massage in the time available.

Hollie will be at 25 Evergreen Avenue from 2-4pm continuously, previous to that she and her husband, Jim, will be moving the washer and dryer into the new space. As many of you know by now, we are moving from 193 Main Street to 25 Evergreen Avenue! We are very happy that we can stay here in the town of Afton but have more space! The building has been empty for at least a couple of years and it's looking a little like Sleeping Beauty's castle overgrown with thorns, so I used a photo editing program to envision what it might look like later this summer when we can spruce up the outdoor gardens.

What is Musica Humana?

Boethius was a philosopher of the early 6th Century who wrote De Institutione Musica in which he classified music into three categories:

1.Musica Mundana: the highest form of music, it is the rhythm of the heavens, the motions of the planets, and the rotation of the earth. Perfection.

2.Musica Humana: the second form, not as pure as the first, it is the harmony of the human body (all the systems working together for one purpose) and of the spirit and soul.
