Today our Residents made their personal charcuterie plates! Not only was this fun, but I love how our Residents brought it to our happy hour to share with their friends! I love that we are not only an amazing community, but one big happy family! 🥰🥰🥰

Happy Halloween from our Oakmont Family here at Agoura Hills! 👻🖤Today we had the cutest Trick or Treaters come to our community. No tricks for us, just all treats! 🍬❤️ Our amazing Residents handed out candy to the little Trick or Treaters, I don’t know who had more fun the Trick or Treaters or our Residents! 🎃🥰 Our amazing culinary team prepared a Halloween Buffet style dinner for our Residents to enjoy. The Residents didnt expect the day to get any better…..but then the Dodgers won, so happy for all of our Residents who are Dodger Fans, (we have a lot) who watched them win from our bar and Lounge! 🧢 ⚾️ 💙

Our Networking Event “Haunted Happy Hour” was a great evening for our professionals to mix and mingle. Our amazing culinary team made tasty appetizers for everyone to enjoy, along with delicious cocktails.

Here at Agoura Hills our Traditions Residents are such a HUGE part of our community! We love the relationship we have with our Residents and their families. Thank you to our families who trust us to take care of their loved ones! It is our mission to keep them safe, happy and engaged in activities.

Saturday our team walked at the “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” at the Westlake Promenade along with some of our lovely Traditions Residents. We see first-hand how Alzheimer's disease and other dementias personally impacts individuals and their families. This is why our fight to end Alzheimer’s will not end until we find a cure! 💜💜💜

What a AMAZING Day at Oakmont of Agoura Hills, we had our 2025 Chili Cook Off!! Who else are we going to compete with other than Oak and Ivy communities! The Executive Chefs at four of our sister communities made a pot of chili, including our Executive Chef. The Activity Directors and Activity Assistants and Drivers came to their community with a pot of homemade chili along with some of their Residents. Our staff and all of the Residents that attended were the judges of who had the tastiest chili! We can’t wait for our 2026 Chili Cook Off! A huge thank you to Oakmont of Riverpark, The Ridge, Ivy Park West Hills, Ivy Park Simi Valley and of course our own Chef Jorge for participating in this fun event!! 🌶️🥣❤️

Today we had “Marilyn’s Let’s Talk”. Marilyn comes up with a topic for the Residents to discuss. Today’s was technology - could you live without it? The Residents really enjoy this and it makes a fun discussion amoungst them all. Thank you to our wonderful Residnet Marilyn for doing this. 🎤 ❤️

Our quarterly Traditions Event was celebrated by a 1950’s Sock Hop with our amazing Residents and Families! Happy Oktoberfest from our family at Oakmont of Agoura Hills! “Oans, zwoa, drei, g'suffa!" is a Bavarian dialect phrase meaning "One, two, three, drink!". It was such a fun day at our October Fest Happy Hour! Our residents enjoyed soft pretzels and cheese and sausage tray, along with beer and root beer. Mike and Mandy made this such a fun event, always fun and festive. 🥨🍻🎶

Happy Rosh Hashana! Thank you to our driver Rabbi Sam for doing the Rosh Hashana service. Followed by a traditional Rosh Hashana dinner, Chef Jorge and his team always go above and beyond to make sure the dish is perfect for the occasion! Shana Tovah," which means "good year" in Hebrew.
