Thank you Mathew, for having the courage to say what matters. We can’t live in peace unless something changes. A Walmart 10 miles away from me a women was shot while shopping. How can this be happening ! We need to all come together and start making sense out of that America we supposedly love. Nobody wants their lives cut short, because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Who cares if you are on opposite parties , who cares what the color of your skin is . We all want the same thing. We all want to feel safe in your community , we all want our children to feel free to venture out and make their dreams come true . Being a child therapist , I do believe it we need mental health counselors in every school. Children are bullied everyday and they have no one to talk to and sort out their feelings . We need a place where children can be seen an heard .
This is a call for help.
