Protein Donut Recipe
These High-Protein Performance Donuts pack 50g of protein in the batch while keeping carbs controlled and fats balanced so they actually support your training instead of sabotaging it…yes, they’re freaking delicious!
Ingredients:�-31g Whey protein isolate ()
-100g Egg whites
-30g Oat flour
-60g Non fat greek yogurt
-15g Almond butter
-8g Coconut oil
-0.5 tsp Baking powder
-0.25 tsp Salt
-0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
-1 tsp Cinnamon
-1 tbsp Sugar free syrup
Protein Icing:
-14g Whey protein isolate (vanilla)
-40g Non fat greek yogurt
-1 tsp Monk fruit sweetener
Instructions:
-Weigh and mix all ingredients into a bowl.
-Mix ingredients for about 1 - 2 minutes.
-Spray donut pan with rice bran oil.
-Dump mixture into donut sheet (weighing each one at 20g)
-Throw into oven on air frying mode for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
-Dip donuts into your protein icing and season with vanilla waffle cone.
-Smash your donuts and enjoy!
