🦵 LEG DAY BREAKDOWN
1️⃣ Pendulum Squats – Build overall leg mass and strength by hitting quads, glutes, and adductors through a deep, stable range of motion.
➡️ Placed first to maximize power output while you’re fresh.

2️⃣ Hip Thrusts – Target and isolate the glutes for maximal contraction and strength.
➡️ Second because glutes are best trained after heavy compound work for optimal activation.

3️⃣ Leg Extensions – Focus on quad isolation and controlled tension at full knee extension.
➡️ Third to pre-exhaust and shape the quads with lighter, controlled loads.

4️⃣ Hamstring Curls – Balance the quad-dominant work by strengthening the posterior chain.
➡️ Fourth to create joint stability and symmetry across the knee and hip.

5️⃣ Calf Raises – Develop lower leg strength and proportion for complete leg aesthetics.
➡️ Last since they require less systemic fatigue and cap off the workout.

⚙️ Training Variables
* Tempo: Quick, powerful bursts on the concentric — slow, controlled on the eccentric.
* Rest Periods: 2–4 min for compounds, 60–90 sec for isolations.
* Reps & Load: 6–8 for strength, 12–15 for hypertrophy, 20+ for calves.
* Progressive Overload: Gradual weekly increase in reps or resistance.
* Mind–Muscle Connection: Maximum control, full range, peak contraction.

PREP: 6 WEEKS OUT

UPDATE: this has definitely been the easiest prep out of my body building career

WHY? Believe it’s just become muscle memory at this point allowing me to further iron out all the small kinks to come in with the best package I possibly can

Bodybuilding is definitely an investment in many ways: time, discipline, money, and more…

The reason why I keep going isn’t because of going pro, winning money, prizes, etc…

It has allowed me to become more structured in my life, leading me to becoming more successful, but more importantly, happier, healthier, and able to help/give back to others

Relentless Consistency

Whether you’ve been following my bodybuilding journey or not, I’m excited to share that I’m now entering my fourth year and will be competing in my first Cali show in LA on July 13th.

Over these four years, I’ve fallen more in love with the process itself, shifting my focus away from just the outcome. I’ve been working out and meal prepping since I was 16, and now at 33, I’m still striving to improve my physique.

Throughout this journey, I’ve learned that consistency is key. Every setback has been an opportunity to grow stronger, both physically and mentally. The dedication to my training and nutrition has instilled in me a sense of discipline that transcends the gym, impacting all areas of my life.

This experience has taught me an invaluable lesson: discipline. It’s not just about achieving a certain look; it’s about pushing your limits, setting new goals, and never settling for less than your best.

Most importantly, the support from family, friends, the community, and the friendships I’ve made along the way have also been incredibly rewarding, reminding me that this journey is as much about connection and support as it is about personal growth.
