We have some exciting news to share with you. Starting in February, Bethany will be able to provide in-person sessions at her new office location, 900 Trail Ridge Rd, Suite 127 in Aiken, SC. Our office is closed this week, however your individual counselor may have a different schedule, please follow their schedule. We want to wish all of you a happy holiday season and remind everyone that it is ok if you don't feel the greatest during the holidays. We hope you all find something positive you enjoy during this season and fine something you are grateful for during this season. Keep setting healthy goals and working towards them. Remember you can call or text the crisis line 988 at anytime.

As we wrap up our 3rd successful year of business we are so grateful for all of you. We have some exciting news coming in 2026, stay turned. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas from all of us at Better Mind - Better You!
