And suddenly, hours vanish.
Nervous systems ramp up.
Focus fractures.
Grief, comparison, or overstimulation quietly settle in.
What was meant to serve, starts to consume.

📊 The average person checks their phone 96 times a day — that’s about every 10 minutes.
We now spend over 2.5 hours daily on social media.
That’s not just time — that’s prana — your life force.

In yoga philosophy, this is a loss of Svadhyaya (self-study) and a slide into Asmita (false identity).
We forget who we are — and become who the scroll tells us to be.
