Happy to update ~ I’ve lost the 35 pounds I gained nearly 4 years ago and kept it off since I began my Weight Loss Journey in March of this year. As I mentioned a few months ago, I lost 17 pounds in the first 3 weeks and a total of 35 pounds in 7 weeks! No Doctor or prescription drug assistance needed.

No more 179, 168 to 164 and back to 166-168 just back and forth with in the 160’s!!! This is the perfect weight for me. The weight I was for many years.
