Happy to update ~ I’ve lost the 35 pounds I gained nearly 4 years ago and kept it off since I began my Weight Loss Journey in March of this year. As I mentioned a few months ago, I lost 17 pounds in the first 3 weeks and a total of 35 pounds in 7 weeks! No Doctor or prescription drug assistance needed.

No more 179, 168 to 164 and back to 166-168 just back and forth with in the 160’s!!! This is the perfect weight for me. The weight I was for many years.

My weight loss journey. Gained 40lbs in the fall 2 years ago and tried everything to only lose 10lbs then gain it right back. About 6 weeks ago I was watching a video of Ophrah Winfrey and some other famous person talking about some form of knockoff version of Mounjaro but it was pricey too. I did some research and found what I thought might just work. I spent $40.00 and used some things I had in my kitchen. I’ve lost 14lbs in 4 weeks and I’m steadily losing weight!!!!
