Did you know that 51% of HIV infections in the South are from Black and African American persons? Statistics like these show that we’ve made uneven progress in our efforts to end the HIV epidemic in our region. These health disparities exist because Black Americans are often unable to access HIV prevention, treatment, testing, and educational services. It’s a goal of RHS to ensure all individuals in our community are able to access quality healthcare, including HIV-related services ❤️
