Here is a simple practice for you to try
A silent practice
✨Start by finding a quiet place to settle in
✨Have a journal close by
✨Put your phone on silent mode but set your timer for 10 minutes
✨Now....simply sit in silence
✨Your mind might distract but that is fine. Allow yourself to simply notice and feel anything that might be arising for you
✨When the 10 minutes is up, you can extend it or journal what came up for you
