How to bring mindfulness into every day life?
I woke up this morning and looked at the pile of things around the house that needs to be done
👉🏻Laundry needs to be put up
👉🏻Laundry needs to be done
👉🏻Sound instruments laying around in the living room that needs to put up
👉🏻Dining table full of clutter
👉🏻Dust everywhere around the house
It all seems a lot
I decided to take it step by step
I started with putting up the laundry
I put my headphones on and started dancing along to the music while putting my laundry up
This song came on as I finished putting up the laundry and I found myself being in so much gratitude
💛 Grateful that I am physically able to actually put my laundry up
💛 Grateful that I actually have a washer and dryer to do my laundry
💛Grateful that I have a house to clean
💛 Grateful for the clean clothes
💛 Grateful that the house will feel energetically better once I am done
So how can we practice mindfulness in every day life?
By simply being present in the here and now
Not looking back ....
Not looking forward
But simply allowing yourself to be in the present
And being grateful for the here and now
