Dreading time change and how tired it makes you? Tapping your meridians points can help. Every hour after time change, tap on the point indicated on the chart about 25 times on each side of the body. This should help your body reorient itself to the new time shift.
Bonus tip: This works great for jet lag too, especially if you start getting your body ready before the trip even starts. (I borrowed this chart from https://travelgroove.com.au/how-to-avoid-jet-lag/. if you want to learn more.)
