Staying healthy isn’t just about reacting when you get sick — it’s about strengthening your immune system every single day. When your body is fortified, you’re less likely to “catch everything going around.”

Here are my daily essentials for immune strength:

🍊 Vitamin C — powerful antioxidant that protects cells, supports collagen, and helps your body fight infections
☀️ Vitamin D — boosts immune defenses, supports mood, and is essential for bone health
🧂 Iodine — supports thyroid function, which regulates metabolism and immunity
✨ Magnesium — calms the nervous system, supports hundreds of cellular reactions, and helps the body manage stress (which weakens immunity)

🌞 Taken daily, these four nutrients create a strong foundation for:
