December is Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) Awareness month. SAD is a type of depressions that typically occurs in winter. Each year, millions of Americans are impacted by SAD. If you are feeling sad, anxious, fatigued, guilt, or low motivation this winter, you are not alone.

Tips for combating SAD symptoms:
Expose yourself to as much sunlight as possible
Keep a healthy sleep routine and diet
Connect with your community
Engage in self care activities such as journaling, practicing mindfulness, or spending time in nature
