Original intent was to have a garage gym to help keep me twinning (twinning = life doesn’t stop after kids or two at the same time)! I have a passion for handing out the information that has helped me reach my fitness and nutritional goals. I have goals that I still want to reach. Why not help others get to where they want to be as well? There are 3 phases to mastering information. Learning it, doing it, and teaching others. Once that happens, I have not only helped myself but helped others and those will also pay it forward.
