I reaaaalllyyy have to get better with posting more often! Anyway, I'm just here for a quick FYI: here at Mary's Magic Touch Janitorial Services we offer move out/in cleaning services. We do not, unfortunately, clean occupied residences. Meaning: if you or a tenant already resides in said house/apartment, we will not clean your residence. The only residential service we provide aside from move out/in cleaning is carpet cleaning. This includes rugs and upholstery. Good evening! I just wanted to clarify one thing. We do not clean occupied residences. The only services we provide for residential is move-in/out cleaning and carpet cleaning. This means the residence does not have any tenants or owners living on the premises.
