Bookworm Yoga is now booking summer sessions and filling up quickly! We would love to add your child’s daycare facility to our summer series. We have a lot of great stories and crafts planned and can’t wait to share them all with you!

We wrapped up our summer yoga series! 💛 It was bittersweet leaving our little yogis. As always, we left them with a lesson.

The end of summer brings change for many of us as we head back to school. We learned that change is something ever constant and that it’s important to embrace these moments.
