One of the greatest honors of my life is being invited into someone’s birth space.

To witness the strength it takes to labor.

To support someone through such a transformative and life changing time.

To watch the moment when a baby finally is laid on their chest.

Being a doula is a responsibility I never take lightly and I feel incredibly grateful every single time a family trusts me to walk alongside them in that moment.

I truly love this work. 🤍

🏃🏻‍♀️The hospital staff saw me RUNNING after I get a call from my client's family in triage saying "SHE'S COMPLETE"!!!

🥇Every birth is special to me but this birth was the first time a first time client of mom came to triage 10cm dilated!

✨Earlier that morning I got mom in a comfy enough position to sleep, I went home and slept for a bit and woke up to eat before heading to the hospital. When I got the call she was complete I was running like a mad woman 😂

I truly wish I could take every family on for free. I really do.

Birth work is heart work for me and if love paid the bills, we’d be set. 🫶🏼

I love this work. I love showing up at 2am. I love the "this might be TMI" texts. I love watching you become a parent. It never gets old for me.

But I also have two little humans at home who need me. This is how I contribute to my family.

If working together feels aligned but finances are the hurdle, let’s talk.

💙 8 lbs and 4 oz of cuteness born the day before my birthday!

✨ So so grateful I got to set up a table next to AMAZING women at the ONO Women's Networking Pop Up at the beautiful on Saturday!

✨I made heartfelt connections, shared with others what doulas do and a list of local doulas I know and love, I got to see two of my doula babies, I shared about and the wonderful things they are doing, then I left early to attend a birth!

🩷 Early morning on Sunday a baby girl was born! I love finding out if baby is a boy or girl at births - the surprise is worth the wait!
