This one-of-a-kind experience brings together two powerful offerings in a single evening, curated by world-renowned DJ Taz Rashid and yoga instructor Lisa Longo — designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and elevate your spirit. 🧘‍♀️ Silent Disco with Lisa Longo | 6:00–7:00 PM
Begin the night with an energizing yet grounding yoga flow led by Lisa Longo, seamlessly synchronized to DJ Taz Rashid’s soulful beats with headphones. Every breath, every movement, every transition is guided by rhythm and intention—creating a flow that feels deeply connected, dynamic, and alive. This is where movement meets music in its most powerful form.

🍓 Private Patio Hangout | 7:00–7:30 PM
After flow, transition into relaxation on Firestone’s private patio. Enjoy a refreshing spread of fresh fruit and natural juices as you connect with fellow attendees, soak in the serene surroundings, and allow your body to settle. This intentional pause creates space for conversation, community, and integration before the final chapter of the evening.

🎶 Sound Journey with DJ Taz | 7:30–8:30 PM
As the night deepens, surrender into a fully immersive sound journey. Close your eyes and let DJ Taz guide you through a meditative soundscape layered with harmonic tones, resonant rhythms, and healing frequencies. This experience is designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded, expansive, and renewed.
