Tight shoulders can limit your daily comfort and movement. Here's a simple stretch to ease tension and improve mobility: try the doorway shoulder stretch. Stand in a doorway, place your hands on the frame at shoulder height, and gently lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest and front shoulders. Hold 20-30 seconds. This stretch helps open tight shoulders and supports better posture.
