I help people move beyond pain and rediscover resilience. As the founder of Truly Heal Wellness, I specialize in evidence-based manual therapy, advanced stretch modalities (PNF, AIS, FST), and corrective exercise designed to restore function and empower long-term recovery.

Beyond clinical practice, I’m a passionate educator and strategist—translating complex musculoskeletal concepts into accessible, client-friendly education and mentoring practitioners to elevate the legitimacy of manual therapy.
