Holiday Reminder!
The holidays are a time for joy, family, and making memories but they can also bring extra stress on your body. Between travel, long hours on your feet, lifting boxes, and sleeping in unfamiliar beds its easy for aches and stiffness to sneak in.

Good evening,
Can you believe the year is almost over? I know a lot of you guys have met your insurance deductibles and out of pocket maximums by now so take advantage and get in the office and get feeling and moving better for the holidays and the start of the new year. And I know a lot of you also have chiropractic visits left on your policy too. Use them or lose them! Its cold, flu and stress season and your body and immune system needs some extra tlc.
