Do you know what the difference between toning and building muscle is ?? Nothing!!

Toning = building some muscle while decreasing body fat 🤷‍♀️

Don’t shy away from lifting and getting stronger . You can achieve what you want ! Most importantly is being consistent in doing so to reach your desired goal.

So when you say I don’t want to get bulky , what you really mean is I want to decrease body fat while I’m gaining muscle . Don’t be afraid to lift . Be consistent and be in a caloric deficit if dropping body fat is the goal.
