Our residents had 18 abstracts accepted and did an amazing job presenting posters, sharing ideas, and highlighting their work in patient safety and quality improvement. 👩🏼‍⚕️👨🏽‍⚕️👩🏿‍⚕️👨🏻‍⚕️

🎃🍂Throwing it back to warmer, pumpkin-spiced times at the Maize Valley Fall Festival just a few weekends ago! 🍂🎃

We had an absolute blast navigating the maze, launching pumpkins from a cannon, indulging in delicious fall treats and enjoying hay rides with our residents, attendings, and their families 🍁✨

Fast forward to today - it’s the first snowfall of the year ❄️☃️ and we’re already missing those cozy autumn vibes. Who else is dreaming of hay rides and pumpkin cannons to fight off the cold?!?

🎤✨It’s a Swift Diagnosis! ✨🎤

Today, one our incredible PGY-3 residents took center stage at noon conference to present a fascinating clinicopatholgical conference (CPC) on Birt-Hogg-Dubè syndrome. With the help of our expert panel and audience, Taylor pieced together the clinical puzzle like a true mastermind 🧩🩺 From rare genetic syndromes to expert insights, this case had it all!

Here’s to more moments of learning, teamwork, and cracking the code on complex cases. Taylor, you’re the “Anti-Hero” of diagnostic dilemmas, and we’re “enchanted” by your dedication.

We can’t wait to see what the rest of our PGY-3’s come up with for their CPC’s this year! We’re also ~just a little excited~ for a new album dropping tomorrow 🎶🎤
