We are not here to look pretty, but if you want real results from your training there is no other place. Women are welcome. Make no mistake, we are that gym !

For nearly 30 years, hardcore training with a friendly atmosphere has always been the focal point at The Body Builders Inc. The philosophy of BBI has always been simple and straightforward: Whether for bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting, a sport of choice, or simply to get in the best shape possible, BBI is the only gym . Heavy duty equipment, heavy weights, heavy, loud music, no carpet, no plants, no tanning beds, no elevator music —you get the picture. You need to work out in a gym with state and national level bodybuilders. You need to work out in a gym with state, national, and world class powerlifters. You need to work out in a gym with the best training environment in the country. You need to work out in a gym to make the best gains of your life.

The 9th annual For Lindsay+ fundraising event is a virtual 4-miler that will take place during the entire month of October. This event is in memory of Lindsay Giannobile, daughter of original BBI owners, Pep & Angela Wahl. Walk, run, bike or even just gather - however you choose to show up is entirely up to you. Choose your day, post a picture and use the hashtag . Proceeds will benefit Pink Ribbon Good and go directly toward meals for metastatic breast cancer families in central Ohio.

Lindsay was a hero to other breast cancer warriors throughout her own battle, and continues to uphold this title for those still in the fight, even in her absence. Originally this event was a 5k, and in 2023, it transitioned to a 4-miler, with the extra mile in memory of Angela Wahl, who passed away after a 9-year battle with breast cancer. The "+" was added at the end of For Lindsay, in memory of Angela, as well as so many other brave women in similar circumstances.
