Attention SNAP shoppers:

We have some important news to share regarding our Produce Perks program.

The Produce Perks Program will be pausing in early 2026. Unfortunately, that means you will not be able to earn the Produce Perks SNAP match beginning April 1st, 2026. You can still spend your EBT at our farmers’ market, but you will not receive the additional green Produce Perks tokens.

We know how much this program helps stretch your grocery budget, and we’re right there with you hoping for a quick return. If you want to stay in the loop, text “PAUSE” to (513) 643-4264 to get updates directly from the source.

The Produce Perks program will pause at our market beginning April 1st.

February is , a time to remember and celebrate the accomplishments, contributions, and leadership of Black Americans. Black history is American history, and it’s woven into the fabric of our communities, our health, and our shared future. That legacy includes leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., whose work for economic justice and food security reminds us that access to basic needs, including nutritious food, is necessary for families to thrive.

At WIC, we celebrate the caregivers, parents, and community leaders who nurture the next generation. 🫂

This week's recipe is courtesy of . This "recipe" is bananas for babies, but prepared 3 different ways depending on if your baby just starting solids for the first time, if you prefer baby-led weaning over purees, or if your baby is older and ready for soft finger foods. Which option will you try at home?

***Don't forget to delay solids until your baby is developmentally ready, which may occur around 6 months of age but every baby is different and it may take longer. Refer to the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines to help determine whether your baby is developmentally ready for solid foods.***
