Every place of healing depends on the people who care for it.

In the latest IBH Addiction Recovery newsletter, we’re shining a light on a behind-the-scenes team whose work touches every part of our campus — our maintenance team.

From caring for buildings that hold decades of history to completing improvements that make our spaces safer, brighter, and more welcoming, their dedication helps ensure our environment supports recovery every single day. Even more meaningful, several team members are living proof of recovery themselves, giving back to the place that once helped them heal.

Recovery from drug and alcohol addiction looks different for everyone, and for many, Day Treatment offers a powerful path forward. It’s an intensive, structured treatment approach that gives you comprehensive support without an overnight stay.

Here’s what makes Day Treatment a great option:
• Intensive Care, Flexible Living
Receive the same level of counseling and therapeutic support as residential programs — but return home or to your recovery housing each evening.

• Therapy That Works
Individual and group counseling help you dig into what drives addiction, build healthy coping strategies, and develop real-life recovery skills.

• Support for Your Whole Life
Educational programming, case management, peer support, and family meetings help you strengthen relationships and create a strong foundation for lasting sobriety.

• Balance Treatment with Daily Responsibilities
Ideal for people who want comprehensive care while still maintaining work, school, or family routines.

Recovery is a journey, and Day Treatment can be a meaningful step toward a healthier, more empowered future.

If you’re a woman considering treatment for drug or alcohol use, know this: you are not alone, and care that truly understands you is available.

Women often face unique challenges on the path to recovery, including trauma, caregiving responsibilities, mental health concerns, and stigma. That’s why treatment should reflect the realities of your life, not force you into a one-size-fits-all approach.

At IBH Addiction Recovery, women-centered programs are designed to meet you where you are, with compassionate, evidence-based care that supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. From residential treatment and recovery housing to outpatient services and long-term support, IBH Addiction Recovery offers a pathway to healing shaped by women’s real-life experiences.

Your recovery deserves understanding.
