IBH Addiction Recovery has an amazing team of dedicated professionals who each use their unique skills and talents to fulfill the mission. Today, we'd like to introduce one of our Residential Supervisors, Curtis Witherspoon.

As a Residential Supervisor, Curtis supports residential treatment clients by ensuring a safe, supportive living environment, directing clients on house schedules and processes, providing role modeling and coaching, and supervising daily activities.

When asked his favorite part of working at IBH Addiction Recovery, he said, “Being a witness to men becoming a part of the solution rather than a part of the problem. Also, I gave back what was so freely given to me. I also want to give men hope that recovery is possible.”

Thanks for all you do, Curtis!

Did you know the number of reported drug overdose emergency department visits in Summit County has increased by more than 48% since last year? Did you also know there were 106 overdose-related deaths in Summit County in 2024 and, according to Summit County Public Health, there are already 103 this year? These statistics highlight why the demand for our programs and services continues to grow and why our clients and we continue to need your support.

We are mindful and grateful that our success is made possible through the continued support and generosity of friends like you. You sustain our mission, keep our programs strong, and ensure that anyone seeking treatment has access to the care they need and deserve.

Last year alone, over 1,300 people turned to IBH Addiction Recovery for hope, healing, and recovery.
