Most WOMEN do feel belittled and discouraged at times because they have been let down, hurt, disrespected and maybe even judged by their friends or family for choices made or choices not made. Never fade into the person OTHERS want you to he. Always be your authentic self and don’t look back.

We all have a storm we are facing currently or have faced in the past or maybe you haven’t even faced your storm yet. Whatever you do… remember, the storm will always pass. The rough waves will pass. The chaos will settle. The unknown will become less scary.

When you are able to allow that to happen on its own, your nervous system will he able to self regulate and you will find a reason to keep going and become strong than@ever!
