Upcoming Hiring: Warrior Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Warrior Wellness Group in Alabaster, Alabama is expanding services to launch a Warrior Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) focused on veterans and adults needing structured mental health support. Over the next six months, we will be hiring key clinical leadership and therapist roles to build this program.

1. Program Director – Warrior IOP
Timeline: Hire within the next 3–4 months (before program launch)
Role Overview
The Program Director will oversee development, implementation, and clinical integrity of the Warrior IOP program. This position provides leadership for staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports high-quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the IOP program
• Ensure clinical documentation meets payer and regulatory requirements
• Develop programming, group curriculum, and treatment pathways
• Supervise therapists and program staff
• Manage utilization review and insurance authorization processes
• Maintain quality assurance and outcome tracking
• Collaborate with Warrior Wellness leadership on program growth
• Build referral relationships with physicians, VA providers, and community partners
Preferred Qualifications
• PhD, LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent independent license in Alabama
• Experience in IOP, PHP, or behavioral health program management
• Strong understanding of insurance authorization and clinical documentation
• Experience working with veterans or trauma populations preferred

2. IOP Clinical Therapist
Timeline: Hire within the next 4–6 months
Role Overview
The IOP Clinical Therapist will provide group, individual, and family therapy services within the Warrior Intensive Outpatient Program.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate therapeutic groups (3-hour program blocks)
• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions
• Conduct family or couples sessions as needed
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain insurance-compliant documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Preferred Qualifications
• LPC, ALC, LMFT, LMSW, or LICSW
• Experience in group therapy or intensive treatment settings
• Knowledge of trauma, mood disorders, and mild substance use
• Interest in veteran and first responder populations
