✨ BIG NEWS from Warrior Wellness Group ✨

We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of our Warrior Structured Outpatient Program (SOP) — a unique and powerful program designed for individuals who need more support than once-weekly therapy, but less than residential care.

This program was created with one goal in mind: reducing suicidality and helping people rebuild hope, stability, and purpose.

Participants will attend three evenings per week in a structured environment that includes:

🧠 Process Groups – a safe space to process emotions, challenges, and experiences with others who understand.

🛠 Skills Groups – evidence-based therapeutic skills including DBT, CBT, and CAMS, specifically designed to help reduce suicidal thoughts and build coping strategies.

🎯 Specialized Focus Tracks – participants choose a track that best supports their journey:
• PTSD / Veteran Support
• Faith-Based Resilience
• Substance Use Prevention

💬 Community Expert Sessions – throughout the program, participants will hear from incredible guest speakers including financial advisors, real estate professionals, dieticians, pastoral care leaders, substance use prevention coalition members, judges, attorneys, and more. These sessions focus on building real-life stability, hope, and long-term wellness.

At Warrior Wellness Group, we believe healing happens when clinical care, community support, and practical life tools come together.

We cannot wait to see the impact this program will have in our community. ❤️

ADHD isn’t a focus problem.

It’s a regulation problem.

If it were just about attention…
they wouldn’t hyperfocus for hours on what interests them.

If it were just about discipline…
punishment would fix it.

If it were just about willpower…
“try harder” would work.

But ADHD brains often have:

• Weak sensory filtering
• Immature inhibition circuits (basal ganglia)
• Dopamine instability
• GABA “brake” weakness
• Retained primitive reflexes
• Blood sugar crashes
• Gut–brain inflammation
• Sleep-driven rhythm disruption
• MTHFR / COMT variants affecting neurotransmitter balance
• Low cellular energy production

That’s not laziness.

That’s neurobiology.

You can’t shame a nervous system into maturity.
You strengthen networks.
You regulate rhythms.
You build capacity.

Behavior is the signal.
The brain is the driver.

Our owner and several team members from our Prattville office had the honor of attending the Alabama Veteran Resource Center’s Grand Opening today in our state capital of Montgomery! 🇺🇸

This incredible center will serve as a centralized hub for veterans to access the services they need — simplifying the process and ensuring no one falls through the cracks.

We are grateful to see our state investing in resources that support those who have served. Warrior Wellness Group is proud to stand alongside organizations committed to strengthening and caring for our veteran community.
