Happy Midwifery week! I love my Alabama midwife friends! Midwifery is not only about supporting mothers. It’s about supporting sister midwives as well! Our practice styles vary but our goal is the same in the end. This picture is after Midwife Nancy rushed to one of my birthing moms because I realized on the way to the birth that I wouldn’t make it in time! Those second babies! Thank God for sister midwives!

Post your breastfeeding pic! This is me feeding my last baby. I loved breastfeeding my 8 babies! It helped me slow down and give them some undivided (or less divided) attention. It wasn’t easy with all of them but it was worth it!
