Our facility continues to evolve. The last couple of years have been biblically transformative. Our outlook has changed from number driven to God centered. Not perfectly, but with small, sometimes painful changes. But God continues to bless us in ways not expected. Reminders to keep on the path. Ignore the noise and stay faithful. We tend to not realize that we influence people in both small and big ways.

This morning a patient told me how he was struggling one day recently. He looked over at me and saw that I was wearing a cross shirt made of three nails. He was reminded that Christ suffered in ways we cannot fathom for us. All of us. And he got up and realized he had zero to complain about and kept on going. I never knew until today. The courage to honor Christ as my Lord and Savior afforded him silent courage in a moment he needed it most.

That’s the work of our Father. Never forget that.

Fear.

Nothing scares the crap out of people more than making a commitment to change. We all sit around and want to change. Few of us get up off the sofa. Even fewer have the courage to ask for help.

Why?

These are the lies we tell ourselves:
1. I have to be in shape to start.
2. I have to lose weight before I walk in there.
3. That looks to hard.
4. I’m too old.
5. I can do it by myself.

None of this is true. We are continuing to help change lives one by one. How can we help YOU?
