Today’s class with Laura was about practicing The Now.

Owning Yoga Amansala has turned out to be so much more than “running a studio.” What started as a leap of faith has become this beautiful, growing family of humans who roll out their mats, breathe together, laugh together, and show up for themselves and each other.

We’re still blown away by how this little dream has taken root in Alameda. Every time we practice beside a new friend, a longtime member, or a neighbor who wandered in “just to try a class,” it reminds us how lucky we are to be part of something bigger than just a business.

Sharing this space with you all—side by side on the mat—has changed us in the best way. Thank you for letting us grow with you, learn with you, and be part of this amazing community. Truly blessed to call this our yoga home. ♡

Join us for a staged yoga/mat pilates class from 11:30–12:30 during our studio photoshoot with local photographer !

You’ll get one free class credit for participating — and trust me, it’s going to be fun! We did this last year and had such a blast.
