Treatment of thoracic dysfunction. I typically use a combination of Graston and myofascial release techniques to decrease muscle tension and fascial adhesion in the surrounding musculature. After releasing fascial adhesions I adjust the spine and ribs to removal any neurological interference allowing communication from the brain to the rest of the body to flow uninterrupted.

💥 Common causes of thoracic pain are postural strain, sudden trauma, prolonged time at a computer/desk, overuse injury, and sports injuries.

💥 It is also common for mid-back pain to be a secondary referral site caused by dysfunction in other areas of the body such as in your neck, low back, ribs, or shoulders. It is important to have a proper screening done to determine where the dysfunction is occurring.

🔑 Possible treatments Include:
• Chiropractic adjustments
• Graston/myofascial release of the surrounding musculature
• Ergonomic analysis
• Strengthening and mobility exercises

❓ Pain in your heel or bottom of your foot while weight bearing?
❓ Foot pain during the first steps after waking up or sitting for a long time?
⬆ These are a couple of common symptoms associated with plantar fasciitis:

🔑 Plantar fasciitis is a common injury that can occur when the plantar fascia is overused and tight, which can cause pain and inflammation in the heel or bottom of your foot due to small tears/irritation of the plantar fascia. This injury is very common with athletes and occupations that require long periods of standing or walking.

🦶 The plantar fascia is fascial tissue that connects your heel bone to the base of your toes. It helps supports the arch of the foot and absorbs shock when walking, running, and jumping.

👨‍⚕️ Possible treatment may include:

• Graston technique/ Myofascial release of the surrounding musculature and
plantar fascia
• Rest
• Arch supporting shoes
• Custom orthotics
• Strengthening and mobility exercises
