When’s the last time you did a liver/ intestine cleanse? Did you know Spring and Fall and the best times to do one? I’m on day 3 today. A little early for fall but it’s all about fitting it into real life and not waiting for the “perfect” time which hardly ever happens. I am over the moon to announce I've just signed the lease to a beautiful new acupuncture office here in Alameda- specifically Bay Farm! More details coming soon with pretty pictures, etc. but after 5 years working out of my house I'm looking forward to joining the professional world again in such a clean and serene setting. Because you know, I can never get my house that clean or my kid that quiet 😂.

I got hit hard by the flu that's going around, especially the cough. The cough!! I've been taking herbs but hadn't taken the time to get any treatments.
Last night in desperation not to spend another night coughing I gave my husband a crash course in Gua Sha (scraping) on my back with a Chinese soup spoon (no needles used). INSTANT RELIEF! I took my first full breaths in over 2 days... and slept like a rock
This morning I woke up inspired to offer an emergency Gua Sha clinic today and tomorrow at my house in Alameda. If you are in the area and have 10 minutes send me a quick text (510)910-3351 so I can give you my address and then swing by.
Easy and it actually feels good- not scary at all if you aren't a big fan of needles. Please share and pass on with anyone you know is suffering that lives nearby.
