Hello Faces friends,

To best accommodate my clients and continue establishing myself in Alameda as your preferred choice for skincare, I am expanding my business hours. From May 25 through Aug. 31, I will be open every other Monday from 11 AM to 2 PM. My full schedule will be:

- Alternating Mondays: 11 AM – 2 PM (NEW!)
- Wednesdays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Thursdays: 2 PM – 6:30 PM (NEW!)
- Fridays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8 AM – 12 PM
- Sundays: 8 AM – 4 PM (NEW!)

Please Note: If you have an upcoming, pre-existing appointment scheduled outside of these new times listed above, your appointment remains unchanged.

Hello friends, family, and clients of Liliana, this is Anna, a fellow Esti-Sister of Lilianas. As most of you know, Liliana's mother passed away this past week. Needless to say, this has taken a toll on Liliana.

I'm reaching out to see if we, her tribe, can come together and contribute so that Liliana has time to mourn the loss of her mother without having the strain to return to work vs working at her own pace.

Hello friends, family, and clients of Liliana, this is Anna, a fellow Esti-Sister of Lilianas. As some of you know, Liliana's mother, Lylliam, passed away last week. Needless to say, this has taken a toll on Liliana, and she has been unable to return to work full-time at in Alameda’s West End.

This is a very popular question, especially when followed up with, "I heard on TikTok that ______ is toxic."

1. Formulation isn't done overnight. It can take months to years to perfect a Formulation. And for a solo business, thousands of dollars to make a single adjustment. Not to mention timing and testing.

2. Don't trust TikTok. Please, don't.

3. Not every ingredient is toxic, please; no more fear mongering. Just because your dog walker's niece's husband's uncle's sister's toddler had a "reaction", doesn't mean _____ is toxic.

4. Rest assured there are GREAT REASONS why I chose certain ingredients over others: bioavailability, sustainability, tested & true record of performance, non trendy, and cost effectiveness. If you like Hungarian Lavender but English Lavender is a safer skin-friendly choice and more affordable, I will go with safer and affordable. If lab-created means lower risk of irritation, then lab-created is an option.

5. If you want a certain product without _______ ingredient(s), I can male recommendations, but may not know every single 1.2+ million brands worldwide so I can't always have an answer that satisfies your request.

Everything should be tested in yourself to meet your own requirements.
