RISE N GRIND FITNESS Andre Luke - Certified Personal Trainier, Instructor, and Coach Andre Luke has been a certified personal trainer, instructor and coach for more than nine years.

His training style is wide ranging and customized to meet the needs of each client. His goal is to help you reach your personal best. He sees himself as a “life coach” since he believes that the condition of a person’s body impacts everything else in their life. He is personable, friendly but firm. Andre was selected as one of the Biggest Loser Promo trainers to do a commercial for his clients great weight loss. Andre has a background in Track and Field and was high ranking in the state. He suffered four serious injuries, including a torn knee ligament, and now specializes in working with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries. Andre says that his favorite part of his job is to safely push people beyond what they ever thought they could do and then see how excited they become when they realize what they have accomplished!
