Congratulations to Assistant Director of Nursing, Ashley Mayfield!!

Ashley has been a dedicated member of our team since December 22, 2021, beginning her journey with us as a 7p-7a Baylor nurse. Her commitment and compassion quickly set her apart, and she continued to grow in her role, serving as a Treatment Nurse from February 12, 2024 to September 22, 2024.
On September 23, 2024, Ashley stepped into the role of Assistant Director of Nursing
(ADON), where she continues to lead with excellence, empathy, and unwavering dedication to both her patients and her colleagues.
Ashley's journey reflects her passion for caregiving, her strong leadership, and her tireless devotion to improving the lives of those she serves. She embodies the values of compassion, professionalism, and teamwork that define our mission.
