šŸ€ We kicked off the day at BNRC with some festive St.Patrickā€™s Day arts and crafts at 10 am, followed by a fun-filled celebration! Everyone enjoyed lucky Irish cake, mint chocolate chip ice cream,a colorful fruit rainbow, green punch, and pina coladas- all while listening and dancing to great Irish music. A wonderful day full of smiles,creativity, and holiday cheer! šŸ€

Residents and staff at Dyer Nursing Home celebrated St. Patrickā€™s Day in the most festive way possibleā€”with a lively party full of homemade treats, delicious snacks, and our special leprechaun shakes! šŸ’š

The room was filled with music, laughter, and plenty of dancing as everyone joined in the fun. Smiles were everywhere, and the joyful spirit made it a day to remember!

Residents and staff at Dyer Nursing Home had some very special visitors on Wednesday for We**ie Wednesday! šŸ¾
Four adorable dachshunds stopped by to spread smiles and brighten everyoneā€™s day. Ace, a standard dachshund, led the pack alongside three miniature dachshundsā€”Tucker, Bentley, and Ember. With wagging tails and plenty of puppy love, the little visitors brought lots of joy and laughter to residents and staff alike. šŸ¶šŸ’›

Residents and staff at Dyer Nursing Home had a **fun-filled week celebrating the wonderful world of Dr. Seuss!** šŸŽ‰šŸ“š

Last week at DNRC was packed with colorful activities including **ā€œCatching a Rainbow,ā€ reading favorite Dr. Seuss stories, and a lively photo shoot** full of smiles. Residents even got to enjoy the classic **green eggs and ham** inspired by the beloved books!

Each day brought something new with **dress-up themes like Wacky Wednesday, Crazy Sock Day, and more**, adding extra laughter and creativity to the celebration.

To wrap up the week, everyone gathered to enjoy **Truffula Trees (cotton candy)** along with a warm cup of coffeeā€”ending the festivities on a sweet and cheerful note.

It was a wonderful week full of fun, imagination, and great memories for both residents and staff! šŸŒˆāœØ

ANRC celebrated RARE DISEASE DAY this weekend by wearing black and white and paying tribute to Lou Gherig, who lost the ability to move his muscles ending his baseball career. The residents gave purple ribbons to a member of staff or another resident to show kindness. We discussed ways we could all be brave, kind, strong, and thankful in our everyday lives.
