Our mission is to encourage the integration of intuitive wellness as a practice for self care and as a service to compliment traditional healthcare. We offer services, classes and retreats that focus on you and your wellness care. We offer Restorative Bodywork (Massage Therapy, Trigger point Therapy and Myofascial Release Therapy ); Energy work (Reiki, Shiatsu, Chakra Balancing, and Intuitive Touch); Classes (Meditation, Mindfulness, Guided Imagery/Visualization & Breath work) and Intuitive Wellness Life Coaching
All our services compliment traditional healthcare and use natural healing techniques which do not involve drugs or surgery. They have been inspired by programs and services offered at the top Medical Centers across the country and have been proven to help clients with Stress and Pain Management, Intuitive Development, Self Discovery, Relaxation, Surgical Recovery, Cancer Care, Spiritual Awakening & Energy Awareness.
