If you're looking to explore postures that challenge your balance, flexibility, stability, and build some strength along the way, we'd love to invite you to try our Strong Flow class Tuesday evenings at 7pm.
This class is led by a certified teacher who will guide you through a flow that consists of dynamic movements that strengthen the muscles and increase the heart rate. It includes opportunities to work towards more advanced postures with cues and optional adjustments.
Like all of our classes, students are encouraged to work at their own pace and always use their own breath as their guide.
