2019 → 2025
Same face.
Three years of intentional care.
I didn’t start aesthetic treatments until about three years ago.
And the biggest difference hasn’t been doing more, it’s been doing things consistently and thoughtfully.
Yes, there’s been aesthetics-
wrinkle relaxer (Botox, dysport, Xeomin), microneedling with PRP, CO₂ resurfacing, Sculptra, hyperdilute Radiesse, medical-grade skincare(Skinceuticals mainly)
Nothing extreme. Just maintenance.
But aesthetics don’t exist in a vacuum.
During this same time, my life changed.
I finished a stressful 3-year NP program.
I moved through divorce.
I grew into a more grounded, aligned season of life.
My nervous system isn’t living in survival mode anymore.
When stress is lower, skin heals differently.
Inflammation settles.
Collagen responds.
Your face looks more like you again.
This is what I believe in and what I practice:
✨ consistency over intensity
✨ long-term strategy over quick fixes
✨ supporting the inside so the outside reflects it
This is aging with intention. I turn 38 this month, still very young, but a lot of changes start to happen in your mid 30’s, collagen declines, hormones shift, and things start to become a little harder to correct. Prevention is so much easier than correction. Not everyone needs every single thing every time, but starting with little things makes a difference over time.
Honestly I had no idea how bad my hyperpigmentation, texture and breakouts were until I saw the comparison photo 😬
Ask any questions you might have 😊
Happy New Year!
